Management & Organizational Structure
Adinga Tours & Travel Limited is an organisation with a board of directors in charge of creating the policies that direct the business and its future activities.
The business is run on a daily basis by a group of dedicated and competent staff members. We also take pride in having multi-disciplinary tour guides and travel coordinators with industry expertise in a variety of tourism-related fields, including ticketing, airport pickups, and many more.
As a professional company, we collaborate with a consultant and specialist who, when tipped off, assists with delivering the necessary advice and service.
Adinga Tours and Travel has the potential to make a substantial impact on many different aspects of Uganda’s tourism industry. Our primary focus is on providing tourism and travel related services.
The senior management team, which consists of the administrative and operational staff, is led by the GM. A senior administrative management team that is in charge of administration and human resources is made up of the GM and the company secretary.
The general manager of Adinga Tours & Travel has experience and training in tourism, travel, transportation, ticketing, and hotel booking.
